A Terraced Garden in Winchester

A garden in Winchester with a very steep garden that was beginning to show the signs of slipping. a large amount of treated timber sleepers (over a quarter of a kilometre) was judged the best option to stabilise the slope, along with steps and a walkway that would thread its way down the new terraced garden, filled with hardy perennials and bulbs specifically selected for pollinators. Due to access issues this entire project was done by hand, with the help of a pick axe, a spade, and a wheelbarrow
